An independent law firm specializing in corporate criminal law.

The firm supports entrepreneurs and companies by carefully assessing risks and devising truly effective litigation strategies.
Founded in 2023, Simbari Avvocati Penalisti operates in the field of corporate criminal law—an area in which its professionals have gained extensive experience and expertise.
Its founder, Armando Simbari, has participated and continues to participate in significant criminal trials—including those with an international scope—that often attract considerable media attention. The experience gained through the day-to-day demands of litigation has established him as a highly respected professional among his peers and the clients who have placed their trust in him.
We offer not only the best technical defense but also human closeness and empathy in navigating the strains of criminal proceedings.
Beyond Defense
Being under investigation is an ordeal in itself, given the public attention that often accompanies criminal proceedings and the potential reputational damage. The Firm’s professionals are fully aware of this; they stand by the client throughout the process, working to mitigate the traumatic impact of the investigation or trial on the client and those around them.

The firm supports companies and professionals with criminal defense and legal counsel, collaborating with accredited experts across various sectors. Simbari Avvocati Penalisti operates nationwide.
Dedication as a Method
The firm assists businesses facing potential criminal liability and leverages its expertise to conduct internal investigations—including cross-border inquiries—to identify conduct that may constitute a criminal offense.
