Graduated with honours in 2015 and qualified to practise law in 2018, he joined Simbari Avvocati Penalisti in March 2023.
Having undertaken his legal practice at the Dinoia-Federico-Pelanda-Simbari-Uslenghi law firm, he carried out his professional traineeship ex art. 73 D.L. 69/2013 at the X section of the Court of Milan, specialised in crimes against the public administration.
Over the years, he has gained experience in the field of corporate and environmental criminal law, contributing to the defence of top executives of major companies and banking groups, as well as in favour of companies involved in proceedings pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Further, he has participated in the assistance of leading companies and insurance entities as civil parties in criminal proceedings.
Expertise
Beside the legal activities, he participates in consultancy - including the drafting and periodic updating of Organisational and Management Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 - carried out in favour of Italian and multinational companies.
