Graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2018 (with a thesis on market abuse) and qualified to practice law in 2021, after gaining professional experience at a leading Milan firm, he joined the Simbari Avvocati Penalisti boutique in October 2024.
Expertise
Over the years, he has gained specific expertise in the areas of financial, banking and tax criminal law as well as environmental and occupational health and safety law, offering his contribution to the defense of top executives of major companies and banking groups, as well as in favor of companies, involved in proceedings under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
In addition, he has participated in the assistance of leading companies and credit institutions as civil parties constituted in criminal proceedings.
Parallel to the judicial activity, he participates in consulting activities - including the drafting and periodic updating of Organizational and Management Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 - carried out in favor of companies, both Italian and multinational.
He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of an important joint-stock company operating in the public contracts sector.
